A very warm welcome to the Community Campfire.
At Intothesticks.life we have one simple mission: to encourage others to get outside and engage with the wild world around them.
The Community Campfire is an opportunity for you to get involved and help us fulfil our mission. This is a space dedicated entirely to you. It’s where you can share some stories, tips, skills, recipes and experiences. It is the digital version of sitting around a campfire and talking about your passions.
So let’s hear some campfire stories…
The awesome Alaskan-native residing in Scotland and self confessed mountain addict Hollie gives us an insight on her life and a very touching and inspiring view on climbing mountains – both metaphorically and literally.
Also included: Hollie has joined us since writing her article for a chat as part of our ‘In Conversation With…’ series!

In a world where there is so much pressure to ‘go hard or go home’ we need more people like Adam to tell us it’s OK to start at the bottom and learn the ropes first.
Sometimes you just need to take five minutes to catch your breath… then try and try again.
James from intothesticks.life has a conversation with backpacker, YouTuber, hammock lover and ex-Ringling Brothers clown, Sean Emery, know as Shug to many and loved by all.
